Home Equity Line of Credit

The Home Equity Line-of-Credit Loan is a variable interest rate loan for up to 100% of the equity in your home. The Line-of-Credit Loan establishes a revolving line-of-credit that may be drawn upon for ten years after approval, and may qualify as a tax deduction. After the ten years, the balance will go into a 15 year amortization. Rates are based on Prime and a percentage depending on Loan to Value.

Home Equity Loan

The Home Equity Loan is a 15 year fixed interest rate loan for up to 100% of the equity in your home. The Value Loan allows you to access funds in one lump sum, and may qualify as a tax deduction. Rates are based on Prime and a percentage depending on Loan to Value.
