In addition to our Savings, Checking, and Investment accounts, Credit Union One also offers a wide array of other services to our members. These services are designed to add convenience to your account, and help you make the most of your Credit Union One membership.

Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is the automated deposit of your entire payroll or retirement check into your Credit Union One Share Draft/Checking account. The money is electronically deposited on your designated payday, often earlier than it could be deposited in person.
In addition, members utilizing Direct Deposit may receive a discount on Auto Loan Rates. Check with your employer regarding the availability of Direct Deposit
Payroll Deduction
The easiest and safest way to save or make loan payments!
If offered by your employer, payroll deduction allows you to specify a certain amount to be withheld from your net paycheck, and deposited into savings, used to automatically make a loan or VISA payment, or any other arrangement with your Credit Union One accounts.
CU One On-Line
Credit Union One members can access their Credit Union One accounts from any computer with Internet access with CU One On-Line!
This free service allows members to conduct virtually any type of transaction they wish, 24-hours per day, 7 days a week! Easy to use menus make on-line account access quick and convenient, and all transactions conducted on CU One On-Line are completely secure for your protection.
VIP Line
Credit Union One's 24-Hour VIP Line is an automated telephone teller available free of charge to members. Account information can be accessed securely using a confidential PIN number. The VIP Line can be used to receive the most current balance on any CU One account, verify if a check, ATM, or CheckCard transaction has cleared, transfer money, make a check withdrawal, and more. Wire Transfers
Wire transfers can be made to any financial institution for a minimum charge.
Discount Tickets
Discount tickets to area amusement parks are sold during spring and summer months. Current parks include Six Flags Over Texas, Frontier City, White Water Bay, and Silver Dollar City. Discount tickets can help you save money off the regular admission price, and the ticket cost can be deducted directly from your Credit Union One account.
VISA Traveler's Checks
VISA Traveler's Checks are available with no fee for members. A nominal fee is charged for two signature checks.
VISA Gift Cards
Gift Cards are an excellent way to allow loved ones to choose the perfect gift, without the risks of giving or mailing cash. Gift Cards are available in any denomination for a minimal activation fee.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Credit Union One provides the first $1000.00 of Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance free of charge to all members. Additional coverage may be purchased by the member.
Notary Service
Credit Union One provides notary service free-of-charge to members, with Certified Notary Republics on staff and available at the Main office.
TransFund - VISA - CheckCard - ATM Card
A TransFund VISA CheckCard works exactly like a check! Use your CheckCard anywhere that accepts VISA, and all transactions are deducted directly from your checking account. In addition, your VISA CheckCard also works as an ATM card. Both the CheckCard and ATM card will allow you to make cash withdrawals and deposits at any ATM worldwide. You may use the Credit Union One ATM at any time without a surcharge. There is a $1.00 monthly charge for a CheckCard, which is deducted directly from your Share Draft/Checking account.
Credit Union One is an equal housing lender. Accounts are federally insured to at least $250,000 by NCUA (National Credit Union Administration).
